Before dispatch

  • Wait for the case-specific shipping instruction.
  • Use the original protective case where available.
  • Protect the acoustic surface and connector from movement and impact.
  • Do not place loose accessories against the probe head.
  • Keep the parcel traceable and retain the tracking reference.

Useful photos before shipping

Photos of the probe label, connector label and visible damage are optional but can speed up the preliminary review and preserve a record of the pre-shipment condition.

International partner routing

Depending on the case, the probe may be routed to a specialised repair partner. MVS coordinates the commercial case and the agreed logistics path for the EU customer.
